The Transfer Buttons Visibility can be set if you want to hide the following transfer buttons.

Fields:

Hide blind transfer button:  Set if you want to hide blind transfer button to Agents (Yes or No).

Hind assisted transfer button:  Set if you want to hide assisted transfer button to Agents (Yes or No).
