CC - Directory

The Directory contains phone numbers associated with certain Campaigns.  The Directory of Agents or Destinations used for quick dial.

Fields:

Name:  The name of the Agent.

Section:  Section drop-down list of Agent, Number, or Campaign.

Phone Number:  The Agents phone number.

Campaign:  Campaign record that the Agent is linked to.
