Campaign Manager
The Campaign Manager view is designed to be used by Call Center Admins. The purpose is to create and configure different aspects of a campaign into a single view. The use case is to set up new campaigns or change the users assigned to a campaign.
The default campaign manager view has the following seven windows.
This view is useful to display all of the information relating to a given Campaign, including Users, Dispositions and Sub-dispositions. The view’s master list is the campaign list window. All other windows will display information about the campaign selected in the campaign list.
In the Users window, Agents assigned to a campaign will be displayed. By clicking the Change Agent button, a multi-select list of users will pop to the screen. Highlighted agents are assigned to the campaign, others are not. New agents can also be created by using the New Agent button. The users displayed in the users window of the campaign manager window are the users assigned to the campaign. The process is analogous for dispositions and schedules in the dispositions and schedules windows respectively.
§ Campaign List – Master list of all Campaigns. All other windows will show information related to the campaign highlighted in this window.
§ Users – List of Users assigned to the selected campaign. Users can be created or added to a selected campaign.
§ Campaign Details – Detail view of the selected campaign. These are the details of the CC - Campaign module.
§ Dispositions - List of dispositions linked to the selected campaign. Dispositions can be created or added to a selected campaign.
§ Schedules - List of schedules linked to the selected campaign. Schedules can be created or added to the selected campaign.
§ Disposition Details – Detail View of the disposition selected in the disposition details view.
§ Sub Dispositions – List of sub dispositions linked to the selected campaign. Sub dispositions can be created or added to the selected campaign.
