The Call Center Agent History module is for specific data about the Agents history during a previous call.

Fields:

User:  Agent User Name.

Agent Status:  The status of the agent selected.

Duration:  The duration of the selected call.

 

Dialer:  The type of dialer that was used during the call.

Start Time:  The time the call started.

End Time:  The time the call ended.
