Pipeline Reporting Wizard
The Pipeline Reporting Wizard is a great way for Admins to setup sales pipeline reporting. Click on the Pipeline Reporting Wizard link. The wizard window will pop-up with the options to add a new pipeline.
Click on the Add New button to create a new Pipeline.
The Pipeline Reporting Details window will come up.
The following fields are now available to setup to generate for reporting stats.
- Pipeline Name: This is the given pipeline name to reference. Type in a given name.
- Pipeline Tab: This is the module selected
- Filter: Use the Add Filter button to create a filter of the criteria.
- "Won" Field: These are the selected fields that indicate sales that were "won".
- "Lost" Field: These are the selected fields that indicate sales that were "lost".
- Budget:
- Budget Tab: The module to select for budget fields.
- Start Date: This is the start date time for when to begin.
- End Date: This is the end date time for when to end.
- Description: The description of the budget fields.
- Budget: The fields that indicate what the budget is set.
- Revenue:
- Revenue Tab: This the module to select for the revenue.
- Fields:
- Phase Field:
- Amount Field:
- Assigned Field:
- Statistics: You will be able to create stats by clicking the Generate Stats button on the right once all the criteria are set.
- This will display the statistics from your pipeline that you have created to check if you are reaching your sales goals.
