1. General

The General section within Dialer Settings are setup based on the following fields.  The details are mentioned below.

Fields:

Default Agent Status:  Set the default status of your Agent automatically set for login.

Inbound MCL Lookup:  Set which default Inbound MCL calls to lookup on campaign.

Other Phone Fields to Match:  List of other phone number fields to match within the MCL.

Remove From Start of Number:  Ivinex allows for 10 digits on a phone number.  Any additional characters need to be removed from the start of the phone numbers as received from the dialer.  These determined characters will be removed from the start of the number.

Show Callback Time:  Set Scheduled Callback time for how long before it will show up on the list.

AutoDial Callback:  Tell the autodialer how long to schedule a callback on automatically detected outcomes.

Default Disposition Out:  Set your default disposition on Outbound calls.

Default Disposition In:  Set your default disposition on Inbound calls.

Default Campaign:  Set your default campaign from your Campaign list.

Recordings Store:  Set where your phone recording files are to be stored.
