Workflow Wizard

Workflows are how you automate processes within Ivinex. If you want to send an email every time a record is updated, you will accomplish it with Workflows. Workflows are a very powerful tool, but use them with caution.

The Workflow Wizard is divided up into Workflow Group, Workflow Items, and Actions.  The setup of these contents will be detailed below.  To open the Workflow Wizard simply click the “Workflow Wizard” link. You will see a popup box labeled “Workflow Wizard”.
