Administration (Front-end)

The configuration of modules on the front-end of Call Center will be setup by Ivinex.  The Module Setup section in the Administration (Back-end) course will match up to the modules in Ivinex on the front-end. 

Notice the 'CC' in front of each of the modules to differentiate from other modules standing for 'Call Center'.

After you have created the modules and views associated with the Call Center feature, you will see them appear on the front-end of the system. Below is an image of the Settings of the Call Center Feature accessed through the Feature Manager on the back-end. In this course, we will go through the Groups and Views and Modules as indicated below. Some module fields can be customized and may vary from your use case.
