CC - Agent Status

The different Agent Statuses that can be setup and assigned to available Agents. Detail View about the Agent Status and Limits.  The '-1' value represents no limit.


Fields:

Description:  Description of the different Agent Status from the Dialer.

Color:  You can set or designate different colors to show in dashboards for each Agent Status.

Icon:  You can select an icon for each Agent Status.

Dialer:  The dialer that the Agent uses.

External ID:  The external ID of the status record.

 

Use Limit:  Use Limit is the number of times per day for each call. '-1' for no limit.

Time Limit:  Time Limit is used to measure in minutes per call.  '-1' for no limit.

Available Status:  Check box if the Agent is set as Available.

Hide From User:  Check box if you want to hide status from User.
