CC - Campaigns

The Call Center Campaigns module is information detailing campaign settings, queue, setting pop-up scripts, dialers, etc.  They represent individual records of the campaign or skills of the Dialer.  

Most of these configurations will be on the Dialer side.  However, others are done in Ivinex.
