Terminology

As you go through these courses you will hear various terms used to describe the tools and features found on Ivinex. Below is a list of the most common terms used:

• Modules: These are also known as tabs. 
• Views: These are screens that display the information or data from a module.
• Scripts: These are scripts that users can follow along and read while on a call with a customer.
• General View: This is the front view that everyone has access to. This is also known as the front-end.
• System Admin: This is a different view of Ivinex where more behind the scenes tools and features can be used. This is also known as the back-end. You do need permission to access the System Admin.

We will go over each of these in more detail throughout the courses. If you are not required to take the System Admin Training then you do not need to know more than what is listed above.
