Call Center Views
Call Center Views are used by both the agents and call center admins.
- Agents, they will spend most of their time using the Agent View, and sometimes the Manual Dial View (depending if they need to make outbound calls, this view is not always utilized depending on the needs of the company).
- Call center admins will use the Dashboard View and, the Campaign Manager View.
We will go into more detail about each of these views in the following courses. Remember in order to create these four views, you will do this in the Settings of the Call Center Feature in the Feature Manager on the System Admin side.
