Dashboard View
The Dashboard View is designed to be used by Call Center Admins. This view has up-to-date metrics about the Call Center. It can be customized -- but has four windows by default.
§ Agent Snapshot window – Status of every logged-in agent, and how long (time) they have been in each status.
§ Agent Matrix – Total number of calls and time spent in each of the phone phases per agent in the current session.
§ Campaign Matrix – Shows campaign information for certain dialers.
§ Leaderboard – Customizable using the Edit button to show various out-of-the-box call center metrics.
