Manual Dial

The Manual Dial view is designed to be used by agents making Outbound calls. In this view, the agent will be able to view a script and an MCL (Master Call List) record details. The agent is also able to end calls and call the next MCL record in a campaign queue with a click of a button. This allows agents to quickly and efficiently make manual Outbound calls in order without having to manually type a phone number.

The Agent must be assigned to a campaign that allows manual Outbound calls. If the agent is not assigned to such a campaign, then the manual dial view will appear blank with a message of 'You are not currently assigned to any campaigns'.
