Getting Started – How to Use This Document: Please read the definitions and usage of each data object below. Pay close attention as the logic tree is built. Once you understand the logic tree examples, we will provide abbreviated trees for each data object. Therefore, a logic tree will be created to define: Work Items, Chat, Email, Phone Calls, Voice Mail, and SMS Texting Media Types.
1. Open CXone Administration using Microsoft Edge (Important!). Use this URL to access the platform: https://auth.nice-incontact.com/login/#/ Click Admin > ACD > Support > Software Updates.
2. From the installations screen, select Studio.application and install the package. Use the Admin credentials to connect to the scripting data. You may also reference advanced features of the Contact Center Tools at this link: https://help.incontact.com/spring18/Content/Studio/StudioOverview.htm
3. There is a simple hierarchy when creating data objects for the CXone platform. In order to simplify this process, we will explain each component individually and then create maps for how the data objects need to be connected to one another.
