How To Navigate UUE Once You Login

Let's Start With Basic Navigation

White Circle:

The white circle shows you the default tab that you are looking at on login. If you wanted to navigate to a different tab you simply click on that tab.

Agent View: this is the default view you will use to demo. Your sales engineer can also create custom views specific for your customer. When a call comes in or out, the Agent View tab is the screen the agent will be on and will be the screen pop with the right windows.

Red Circle:

This is your hamburger menu. If you hover over you will see all modules, tabs, views that your user has access to. In Preferences (accessed through the Blue Circle) you can define which modules to show on the navigation bar.

Yellow Circle:

Open and close the Agent Control window

Also, remember, you can drag the window anywhere on the screen

Blue Circle:

In the blue circle you can click on the down arrow to open dropdown

Click on Preferences- this will open a new window "User Preference"

You only need to really know the "General" tab and "Theme" tab

General Tab: you can change preferences like time zone, the default tab to see on login etc

The main use for a demo is changing with modules or views you want to show in the navigation

For example: the Available Tabs column shows you ALL modules and views that this user has access to.

Double click on an Available Tab to MOVE to Displayed Tab or use the arrows

Click UPDATE to save changes

Click on Themes -

Themes allows you to change Theme by clicking on an existing Theme OR

Create a "Custom Theme" by clicking " Create New Custom Theme"

Upload an image and change colors, if you want to, the system will auto create based on the colors in the picture.
