How to change Agent View - Scripting (Pop-Up)
This demo will help explain how to change or configure your Scripting - for pop-ups on demos to clients.
You are able to make or change Scripts for a client. So when you demo Inbound Calls in the Agent View, the correct Script will pop.
** It is important to note that all available Scripts are built in the Ivinex Admin (backend) - much like Modules.
In order to change to a different Script (Pop-Up) in the Ivinex frontend, we can set this up from the Campaign Manager module.
Setup and Configure CAMPAIGN MANAGER:
Click on the Campaign Manager module (shown in RED) tab on the Ivinex top Nav menu. When you click on Campaign Manager, you will see the Campaign List & Campaign Details windows on the screen.
The Campaign List to the left shows a list of all campaigns in Ivinex.
Select the specific Campaign record (shown in GREEN) with the proper POP-UP SCRIPT associated, the Campaign Details will show up in the Campaign Details window.
The Campaign Details contain the CAMPAIGN (BLUE) and POP-UP SCRIPT (YELLOW) fields.
Select a CAMPAIGN that you want to choose from the Campaign List.
Select the POP-UP SCRIPT dropdown field for the script you would like to pop.
Currently showing the CAMPAIGN as "Collections" and POP-UP SCRIPT as "Case" (or Cases).
This will be the script that will pop when you demo to the client for this campaign.
