How to change Agent View - iframe a website

Another way to demo or change your Agent View for clients is showing an iframe (from a website).  This will be a separate embedded view in addition to the Agent View.

This allows you to pull in the contents of a specific website (from a URL) into the iframe window.  This is a great feature for an Agent, if they need information pulled up on the Unified User Interface (UUI).  The iFrame window is shown below with a yellow frame (separate window from the Agent View).  It is shown side by side to the Agent View, but can be placed anywhere on the screen.

In this case we are pulling in the Nike.com website (can use any URL that works).

Please also note that this is just a View in the iframe window.

Note:   In order to show an iframe in the Agent View, you will need to have it set it up in the Ivinex Data View Editor.
