3. Enable Call Center: You will then click on System Preferences > Feature Manager to bring up a list of features that can be activated and deactivated.  Please locate the “Call Center” feature and click activate. Hit F5 to refresh the changes, and then navigate back to System Preferences > Feature Manager and click on “Settings” to the right of the Call Center Feature.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the button that reads “Create Modules,” hit the “Save” button.  All of the module names should have changed from “Select” to the appropriate name of each module.
