System Admin User

6. Synchronize Users, Campaigns, Dispositions, and Agent Statuses: Return to the Ivinex platform and login to the appropriate demo site. Now launch your Admin screen and navigate to System Preferences > Feature Manager > and click on the “Settings” link at the right side of the Call Center feature.  Once this screen is up, click on the “Settings” link next to the main dialer.  At the bottom right side of the settings screen, you will see a section called “Synchronize” which allows you to pull data from CXone.

Click on the “Users” link, and after a brief delay, the system should show you a list of users with checkboxes.  If the system doesn’t show you a list of users, there is an error in the configuration, and you need to check the error logs and/or review possible errors in your configuration.  Please review the steps above to ensure that all items have been completed properly.  When the user list appears, you have three options, Clear All, Select All, and Add Selected to Ivinex.  After you select the appropriate Users, click “Add Selected to Ivinex,” which will add the user accounts to your User Manager panel in the “Call Center Agents” group. *Please note that you will need to set passwords for all imported users before they can login to Ivinex.  For more information on configuring user accounts, click here

You will need to return to Dialer Settings as described above to finish Synchronizing data with CXone and Ivinex.  As appropriate for each set of data, you will need to Synchronize: Campaigns, Dispositions, and AgentStatuses in the same manner as described for synchronizing user data.

When you pull this data from CXone, Campaigns will go into CC Campaigns, Dispositions will go to CC Dispositions, and AgentStatuses will propagate to CC Agent Status.

Please visit each of these tabs to ensure that the records have been moved over and update user records as needed.

Also, keep in mind that records can be created or updated with the Synchronize feature, but nothing can be deleted.

*Any items that need to be deleted will have to be deleted from the Ivinex user interface.
