1.      4. Add a Dialer: Now that the Call Center modules are enabled and assigned, you need to add a dialer.  Click “Add Dialer” and give the dialer an appropriate name, then select the service “Type” in the box at the right.

 Now click the “Settings” link and input all of the credentials that are needed to authenticate the dialer and establish connectivity. 

The required settings are: “App Name, Vendor Name, Business Unit Number, User Name, and Password.” Hit the “Save” button to preserve these settings. 

 

After this is done, you should be back to the “Call Center Feature” screen.
