5. Configure CXone: Contact your manager for an admin username and password to login to the CXone platform.  On the Admin screen, go to “Employees” and click “New Employee.”  Enter the first name as “Test”, last name as “Ivinex”, set role as Agent, and then enter both the Username and Email Address fields as testuser1@ivinex.com and click “Create.” 

 Now click on Admin > ACD and then “Dispositions” on the left side. 
 
Click “Create New” and give the disposition the name “Test Disposition” with a status of Active, and then click “Create Disposition” to build the object.

Next, click on “ACD Skills” on that same left-side menu.  Set the Media Type to “Phone Call,” the Skill Name to “Manual Outbound Testing,” Inbound/Outbound to “Outbound”, Outbound Strategy to “Manual” and the Campaign to “Default” before you click the “Create” button.  

After this object is created, go to ACD Skills and type “manual” in the search box at the top of the page. Click on “Manual Outbound Testing” and go to the “Post Contact” tab.  Set the Post-Contact work radio button as “Disposition” and the State to “After Call Work” with a Max Time Limit of “300” seconds.    Now search the list of Dispositions at the bottom of the page for “test” until your Test Disposition displays. Click “Add” to assign the Test Disposition object to the Manual Outbound Testing skill.  Then hit the “Save” button at the top right.  

Lastly, click on the users tab and locate the search box under the “Add Users” label. Search for the name “test” until your “Test Ivinex” user appears in the list. Select that user and click “Add Users” to complete the CXone setup process.
