2. Create Scripts: If the site provides an answering service with multiple types of inbound calls, please define a new script <> in the Scripts pane. Get a script from a manager that works for the Ivinex customer, and place the text of that script in the area that reads “put script text in here.”  You can also add graphics to this section to make the screen more appealing to the phone agent.  The script text and dispositions will be different for each client.
