7. If the client needs to use Work Items Integration. Go to your Ivinex Admin panel as described above, click on System Preferences > Feature Manager and click on Activate next to “Integrations,” then hit F5 to refresh the changes. Return to System Preferences > Feature Manager and click “Settings” to the right of Integrations – then click “Create Modules” and “Save” to finish.  Check the Settings to ensure that the modules are now displayed.

Return to the User side of Ivinex and click to the Integrations module. Click “New” to add an integration record. Type a friendly name for CXone and select the Integration Type as “InContactWorkItem,” then click the “Settings” link.    

 

You will need to fill out all of the fields here under Site Settings, including: User Name, Password, Token, WorkItemSkillID, BusinessUnit, InstanceURL, TokenTimeout, AccessToken.
