Build

Step 3

During the Build phase, the Ivinex solution is configured to meet the stated business requirements.  This phase includes Ivinex testing as well as periodic customer reviews.  Testing and review should be inclusive of all modules and views that will be used and can extend over several service agreements or phases.

Ivinex Implementations Details:

1.  Create Modules:  First things created in Ivinex are modules.

a.  Ask the client for sample data (or real data).

b.  Think about how the integration and what modules they will push/pull data to.

c.  Think about views, and how the client want to see or manipulate the data.

d.  Ask any additional questions to the client or inContact as needed.

e.  Determine which relationships are one-to-one, and which are one-to-many or many-to-many.

f.  Present the solution to the client/customer for feedback.

2.  Create Workflows, Custom processes.

3.  Create Custom Views.

4.  Create script for import of data (if real data is available, the script can be written and rerun whenever possible without a lot more work).

5.  Create Integrations.

6.  Create Custom Reports.

Follow the Scope of Work as defined in the BRD.  The table below would be an "example" of how features, modules, and views would be included in the customer's BRD -- as details.  These items would be followed and implemented as part of the project.

Table Detail of all Features, Modules, and Views required for the project as defined in the BRD.

Ivinex will activate the Call Center Feature.  This is required for integration with the inContact Dialer.

Ivinex will configure the Call Center Modules, Views as needed.

Change Control Procedure:

In the event it is determined that the BRD requires modification, the party that identifies the need for change will notify the other party in writing.

Ivinex and the customer project managers will then prepare an impact analysis, review and agree on action to be taken, and document the approval in writing.

Goals and Objectives:

All the goals and objectives that are laid out in the BRD will be followed for implementation.

Customer Responsibilities during the Build:

The customer project team should cooperate fully with Ivinex resources and offer input on processes and respond to questions in a timely manner.

Completion of all tasks assigned to customer done in a comprehensive and timely manner.

Delay in signing the BRD will prevent work from continuing, and push back go-live date.

inContact Implementation Manager responsibilities during the Build:

If the inContact IM need functionality to pull or post data from or to Ivinex, they will need to reach out to Ivinex project manager to get the end points and discuss any unique functionality required.
