User Acceptance Testing and Training (UAT)

During the User Acceptance Testing and Training phase, the final solution is presented to the customer for training and final review.  The training should be inclusive of all customer personnel who will be tasked with additional training, usage, and/or administration of the final product.

This phase will include all aspects of the Unified User Interface (UUI) solutions, including any external connectivity that was integrated during the build phase.  Customer responsiblity is required to be involved in the testing and training phase.

Customer Success Criteria:

Ivinex implements, demonstrates, and provides administrative training on the ability to do all that is required and specified in the BRD scope.  This criteria will be detailed and followed in the BRD so that the customer knows exactly what to expect with testing and training, and prepare them for final signoff/approval of the system.

Completion of a thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activity, and subsequent formal acceptance of the solution, in addition to end-user training of all contact center agents.  Failure to do so will result in pushing back the go-live date.
